  • • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item

  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days

  • Credit the refund to your original payment method

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • • Damaged or defective items
  • • Wrong items delivered

For size or color exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Cancellation Policy

  • • After 2 hours but before shipping, a cancellation fee may apply
